Centrals operates in accordance with our integrated management system which is accredited by SGS to ISO9001 (Quality), AS/NZS 4801 (Safety) and ISO14001 (Environment).

As a company we are fully committed to continuous improvement throughout all levels of our organisation. We are proud of our excellent track record in relation to health, safety and the environment and confident we have developed a mature systems and workplace culture, well in advance of many of our industry peers. In addition to our corporate policies, procedures and processes our IMS environment includes Pronto XI, Primavera P6e, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sharepoint solutions.

Our quality system comprises of a Quality Policy, Integrated Management System Manual and Corporate Procedures as well as a comprehensive suite of template forms, checklists, registers and other documents. We utilise an intranet based document delivery platform to ensure simple and easy access to all company documentation from any site.

The importance of protecting the environment has never been higher in the community or industry and Centrals is committed to achieving the levels expected by society and our clients across our operations. Centrals have incorporated a number of key environment elements into our project delivery strategy including:

  • Protection of the natural environment via elimination or minimisation of pollution sources.
  • Reduction of waste by adopting the principles of substitution, reduction, recycle or re-use.
  • Implementation of training, monitoring and reporting systems to ensure compliance with legislative and project specific requirements

Centrals are proud to be a Federal Safety Certified Contractor. This certification helps to ensure the benefits of investing in high-quality OHS practices are recognised by our Government clients. Only head contractors who are accredited under the scheme can enter into contracts for building and construction projects funded directly or indirectly by the Australian Government.
