Structural and Equipment Grouting
Structural and equipment grouting is the application of epoxy or cement grout by mechanical or manual means to the underside of a structure to provide a sound and level structural base. It is applied by either a grout pump and mixer to large structures, or a grout mixer to smaller structures.
Central Systems has significant experience in the application of all types of grouting to all types of structures in the mining and commercial sectors.
Types of grouting applications include:
- Rail base plates
- Compressor and equipment bases
- Gas turbine generators
- Steel pipe support bases, and
- Any other structural void that needs filling.
